Instructions
- Make the matcha filling: In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, matcha powder, and salt. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until a soft dough forms, ensuring ingredients are well incorporated.
- Roll into truffles: Using about 1 tablespoon of dough per truffle, roll the mixture into small balls with your hands. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15 to 20 minutes until they become firm and easier to handle.
