Description

Cheesecake Rice Krispies Treats are a fun twist on the classic snack, combining creamy cheesecake flavor with the crispy texture of Rice Krispies for a delightful no-bake dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add mini marshmallows, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the instant cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  5. Remove from heat and immediately mix in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
  6. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish using a spatula or wax paper.
  7. If desired, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  8. Let cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

  • For extra cheesecake flavor, you can add crushed graham crackers on top.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
