- 1 carrot, julienned
Base
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil: In a pan over medium heat, warm the sesame oil until shimmering to prepare for cooking the beef.
- Cook ground beef: Add the ground beef to the pan and brown it thoroughly, breaking it up as it cooks until no pink remains.
- Sauté garlic and ginger: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger with the beef and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook vegetables: Add the broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the pan and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
