- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam (or preferred fruit jam)
- 2 tbsp almond milk (for brushing)
- 1 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut an even number of shapes.
- Place half of the hearts on the baking sheet and add a small spoonful of jam in the center of each.
- Place the remaining hearts on top, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with almond milk and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use any fruit jam of your choice like raspberry, apricot, or blueberry.
