Description

A Mediterranean-inspired flatbread pizza topped with juicy tzatziki-marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce on warm naan bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce. Set aside.
  3. Place naan breads on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
  4. Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese, marinated chicken, red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and naan is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining tzatziki sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought or homemade tzatziki sauce.
  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken in tzatziki for 1-2 hours before using.
  • Add kalamata olives or feta cheese for more Mediterranean flair.
