- 2 naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce. Set aside.
- Place naan breads on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, marinated chicken, red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and naan is golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining tzatziki sauce.
- Garnish with fresh dill if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade tzatziki sauce.
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in tzatziki for 1-2 hours before using.
- Add kalamata olives or feta cheese for more Mediterranean flair.
