Description

A rich and decadent triple chocolate cherry cake made with layers of moist chocolate cake, chocolate chips, and cherry pie filling, perfect for any chocolate lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) devil’s food cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter (optional, for frosting or topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
  3. Fold in the cherry pie filling and all three types of chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
