- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
- In a large salad bowl, combine salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shredded carrots.
- Add croutons, feta cheese, and olives on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette dressing just before serving.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
