- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos), crushed
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Combine crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom and sides of the pie dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir in eggs, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
