- 1 tsp dried rosemary (or thyme)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
