Description

Taco sliders are mini burgers packed with the bold flavors of classic tacos. They’re perfect for parties, game nights, or a fun twist on taco night.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños, guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook ground beef until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes until well combined and slightly thickened.
  4. Place the bottom halves of slider buns on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  5. Spoon taco meat evenly over the buns.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are slightly toasted.
  9. Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa before serving.
  10. Optional: Add jalapeños or guacamole for extra flavor.

  • Use ground turkey or plant-based meat for a healthier or vegetarian option.
  • You can toast the buns separately if you prefer extra crispiness.
