These Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles are a refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, and a touch of honey. Perfect for hot days or as a guilt-free dessert.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Layer the strawberry puree and yogurt alternately into popsicle molds to create a swirled effect.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey depending on your preference.
- Use a mix of berries for a more complex flavor.
- Silicone molds make it easier to release the popsicles.
