Description

These Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles are a refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, and a touch of honey. Perfect for hot days or as a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Layer the strawberry puree and yogurt alternately into popsicle molds to create a swirled effect.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey depending on your preference.
  • Use a mix of berries for a more complex flavor.
  • Silicone molds make it easier to release the popsicles.
