- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
- 1/4 cup water or coconut water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Place strawberries, yogurt, honey (if using), water, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- You can use frozen strawberries if fresh are not available.
- Adjust sweetness based on your preference or the natural sweetness of the strawberries.
- Add small chunks of fruit before freezing for texture.
