Description

These refreshing strawberry popsicles are a healthy, fun, and delicious treat perfect for kids on a hot day. Made with natural ingredients and no added sugar, they are great for little hands and big smiles.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Place strawberries, yogurt, honey (if using), water, and lemon juice in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • You can use frozen strawberries if fresh are not available.
  • Adjust sweetness based on your preference or the natural sweetness of the strawberries.
  • Add small chunks of fruit before freezing for texture.
