Description

These refreshing strawberry popsicles are a healthy and fun treat for kids, made with fresh fruit and natural sweeteners.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), water, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
  6. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

  • You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Add a few whole berry pieces to the molds before freezing for extra texture.
  • Adjust sweetness according to the ripeness of your strawberries.
