These refreshing strawberry popsicles are a healthy and fun treat for kids, made with fresh fruit and natural sweeteners.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), water, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull the popsicles out.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
- Add a few whole berry pieces to the molds before freezing for extra texture.
- Adjust sweetness according to the ripeness of your strawberries.
