- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1–2 tablespoons granulated sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- whipped cream and fresh strawberries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, strawberries, milk, sugar or honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream and a strawberry garnish if desired.
