Description

This Strawberry Cool Whip Pie is a refreshing and easy-to-make dessert perfect for warm days or any occasion. Featuring a creamy mixture of strawberry gelatin, Greek yogurt, and fluffy whipped topping in a crisp graham cracker crust, it’s a crowd-pleaser that requires no baking and comes together in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 1 9-inch premade graham cracker crust (Midel gluten free crust recommended)

Filling

  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O brand preferred)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)

Topping & Garnish

  • Extra Cool Whip for piping
  • Fresh berries such as sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin: In a large bowl, pour 1/2 cup boiling water over the strawberry gelatin powder and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Chill gelatin mixture: Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the gelatin and stir until the mixture is cooled.
  3. Combine filling ingredients: Stir in half of the thawed Cool Whip (4 oz) and 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt into the gelatin mixture, whisking well until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble pie: Pour the creamy gelatin mixture into the premade graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
  5. Refrigerate: Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Decorate: Using a pastry bag fitted with a 1M tip, pipe swirls of extra Cool Whip on top of the pie. Garnish with fresh berries such as sliced strawberries.
  7. Serve and store: Keep the pie refrigerated until ready to serve. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
