Description

This vibrant Strawberry Coconut Cloud Smoothie is a creamy, nutrient-packed blend featuring cashew milk, frozen bananas, strawberries, raspberries, and a protein boost from Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder. Enhanced with almond butter and vanilla, it delivers a deliciously smooth and refreshing treat perfect for breakfast or a midday recharge.

Ingredients

Scale

Liquid Base

  • 1 cup cashew milk

Frozen Fruits

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

Protein & Flavor

  • 2 scoops Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Garnish

  • 3 large dollops of coconut yogurt
  • Crushed freeze-dried strawberries (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Break the frozen bananas into chunks or carefully cut them with a knife to facilitate smoother blending. Gather all other ingredients.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Add cashew milk, frozen bananas, strawberries, frozen raspberries, Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder, almond butter, vanilla paste or extract, and a pinch of salt into a high-powered blender. Start blending on low speed for 30 seconds to combine.
  3. Increase Blending Speed: Gradually increase the blender speed to medium-high and continue blending for an additional 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Prepare Glass & Garnish: Place three large dollops of coconut yogurt at the bottom of your serving glass. Use a spoon to swirl the yogurt upwards along the sides of the glass to create a beautiful effect. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries onto the side of the glass for a marbled aesthetic.
  5. Serve: Pour the blended smoothie on top of the coconut yogurt swirls. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, creamy Strawberry Coconut Cloud Smoothie.

Notes

  • Using frozen bananas and berries helps achieve a thick and creamy texture without the need for ice.
  • If you don’t have Ka’Chava protein powder, any vanilla-flavored plant-based or whey protein powder can be substituted.
  • Adjust the almond butter amount to control the richness and thickness.
  • The vanilla paste enhances the flavor but can be swapped with vanilla extract if unavailable.
  • For a vegan option, ensure your protein powder and coconut yogurt are plant-based.
