- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- While chicken is grilling, combine strawberries, basil, balsamic glaze, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix gently.
- Once chicken is cooked, transfer to a serving plate.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture over the grilled chicken breasts.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese if using, and serve immediately.
