Description

These strawberry brownies are chewy, fudgy, and bursting with strawberry flavor. Made with strawberry cake mix, they’re quick and easy to prepare — perfect for a fruity twist on a classic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips, if using.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
