- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips, if using.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
