- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for vegan option)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 banana, sliced (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey/maple syrup (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides or add a bit more milk to blend.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with granola, sliced fresh strawberries, banana slices, and chia seeds if using.
- Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy!
