Description

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Toothpicks or small skewers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, pineapple preserves, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
