- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- Toothpicks or small skewers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, pineapple preserves, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Add the sliced kielbasa to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- Arrange the coated kielbasa slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the kielbasa is heated through and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before skewering with toothpicks or mini skewers.
- Serve warm as a festive appetizer.
