Description

A refreshing and light dessert layered with fresh spring berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola—perfect for a healthy treat or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the berries by hulling and slicing the strawberries and rinsing the blueberries and raspberries.
  2. In a parfait glass or jar, add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt as the base layer.
  3. Add a layer of granola over the yogurt.
  4. Top with a layer of mixed berries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, ending with a few berries on top.
  6. Drizzle with honey if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately for crunch or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
