- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the berries by hulling and slicing the strawberries and rinsing the blueberries and raspberries.
- In a parfait glass or jar, add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt as the base layer.
- Add a layer of granola over the yogurt.
- Top with a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, ending with a few berries on top.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve immediately for crunch or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
