- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Use fresh spinach if preferred—just sauté and drain well.
