- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup canned corn, drained
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for grilling wraps)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, corn, black beans, red bell pepper, green onions, and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the filling evenly among them.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and heated through.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation.
- Add jalapeƱos for extra heat if desired.
- Wraps can be made ahead and grilled just before serving.
