- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add the butter.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the chicken to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
