Description

A quick and flavorful chicken dish made with tender chicken breasts sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add the butter.
  5. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the chicken to coat.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
