- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce to create the sauce.
- In another bowl, toss shredded cabbage with chopped cilantro and a spoonful of the prepared sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by placing a spoonful of slaw on each tortilla, topping with shrimp, and drizzling with sauce.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
