For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Additional:
- 1 cup cooked angel hair pasta or zucchini noodles (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Grill or Oven: Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble Packets: Cut four large sheets of foil. Divide shrimp mixture among the foil sheets. Add pasta or zucchini noodles if desired. Seal the edges to form packets.
- Cook: Grill or bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- These packets can also be cooked over a campfire.
