Description

Sheet Pan Nachos are a crowd-pleasing appetizer or easy dinner made by layering tortilla chips with seasoned meat, cheese, and toppings, all baked on one pan for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10-12 oz) tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Spread tortilla chips evenly on the prepared sheet pan.
  4. Top with seasoned meat, black beans, and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, green onions, and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
