- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives or green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing and sour cream. Mix well.
- Add cooled potatoes, celery, red onion, bacon, and chives to the bowl.
- Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated in the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
