Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak bites for 1-2 minutes until browned (optional for added flavor).
  2. Transfer steak bites to the crock pot.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak bites in the crock pot and stir to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours until the steak is tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a splash of beef broth if you prefer more sauce.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or with steamed vegetables.
