- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a thick batter forms.
- Divide the batter into 6 portions and shape them into buns on the prepared tray.
- Brush the tops with olive oil if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
