Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the butter.
