- 2 packs frozen udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons chili oil with crispy bits
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the frozen udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chili oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over them.
- Toss the noodles in the sauce until evenly coated and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped green onions, red pepper flakes (if using), and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
