  • 2 packs frozen udon noodles
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil with crispy bits
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix chili oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over them.
