- 1 large loaf of sourdough bread

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a sharp knife, cut the bread in a crisscross pattern without slicing all the way through the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Gently open the bread cuts and spoon the butter mixture evenly throughout the bread.
- Stuff the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan into the cuts of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in foil and place on a baking sheet.
