- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth any creases.
- Place the pastry on the prepared baking sheet and prick all over with a fork, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pastry, avoiding the border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni or other desired toppings.
- Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
