Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray (for greasing the muffin tin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
