- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
- Toasted pita or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
- Top with pomegranate seeds, chopped pistachios, a drizzle of olive oil, and honey if using.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve with toasted pita or crackers.

- You can prepare the whipped feta a day in advance and store it in the fridge.
