Description

These cheesy, savory pizza sliders are perfect for parties or quick family dinners. Made with soft slider buns, melty mozzarella, and your favorite pizza toppings, they’re a hit with both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add pepperoni slices and any other toppings like olives and bell peppers.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese layer.
  8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  9. Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can customize the toppings to suit your preferences.
  • Use marinara sauce if pizza sauce is unavailable.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
