- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper (optional)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices and any other toppings like olives and bell peppers.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Use marinara sauce if pizza sauce is unavailable.
