Description

Bite-sized pizza poppers packed with cheesy, saucy goodness — perfect for snacks, parties, or game day treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2×2 inch squares.
  3. Add a small spoonful of pizza sauce, a pinch of mozzarella, and a few pepperoni slices to the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Place the sealed poppers seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.

  • Use any pizza toppings of your choice such as cooked sausage, mushrooms, or peppers.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
