- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
- Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, and 2 pepperoni slices in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- Use mini pepperoni or chop regular slices for easier wrapping.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
- Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
