Description

Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized snacks filled with gooey cheese, zesty pepperoni, and pizza sauce, all wrapped in golden, fluffy biscuit dough. Perfect for appetizers or party treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, and 2 pepperoni slices in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
