Instructions
- Heat skillet: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat to prepare for cooking the crisps evenly and prevent sticking.
- Cook cheese piles: Add about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in flat piles to the skillet, spacing them evenly with about 4-6 piles at a time depending on skillet size. Cook for about one minute until the cheese starts to bubble.
- Add pepperoni: Place a slice of pepperoni on top of each pile of bubbling cheese. Continue cooking for another minute or until the cheese edges start to brown and become crispy.
- Flip crisps: Use a spatula to carefully flip each crisp so the pepperoni side is down. Cook for around 30 seconds to crisp the pepperoni side.
- Serve: Transfer the crisps to a plate with the pepperoni side up. Serve immediately with sugar-free tomato sauce for dipping. Repeat the process to cook all the crisps.
