Scale
Pizza Rolls
- 12 Totino’s™ Pizza Rolls™ frozen pepperoni or cheese pizza snacks
Toppings and Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preparation: Gather all ingredients and ensure pizza rolls are frozen before cooking.
- Air Fry Pizza Rolls: Place the frozen pizza snacks in a 4-quart or larger air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 390°F and cook for 4 minutes. Then, remove the basket and shake well to mix the snacks for even cooking. Return them to the air fryer and cook for an additional 4 minutes until crispy.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: While the pizza rolls cook, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium microwavable bowl by microwaving uncovered on High for 30 to 60 seconds. Stir in the finely chopped garlic (or garlic powder) thoroughly to infuse the butter with garlic flavor.
- Toss Rolls with Garlic Butter: Add the cooked, hot pizza rolls into the bowl with the garlic butter. Toss them well to coat all the snacks evenly with the buttery garlic mixture.
- Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated pizza rolls and toss again to distribute the cheese evenly.
- Finish with Parsley: Finally, sprinkle the dried parsley flakes or Italian seasoning on top as a flavorful garnish before serving.
Notes
- If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over pizza snacks instead of tossing them for a lighter coating.
- Air fryer temperature controls and cooking times may vary by brand and model; adjust accordingly based on your appliance manual.
- This recipe uses a 4-quart air fryer; larger or smaller air fryers may require time adjustments.
- Preheating the air fryer is not necessary; just set the temperature and start cooking.
- To save time and effort, use a garlic press for finely chopping fresh garlic instead of a knife.
