Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the husked corn on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the corn is lightly browned and tender.
