- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Optional: 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug or bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil and water. Stir until fully combined and no lumps remain.
- Stir in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Microwave on high for 60 seconds.
- Let cool for a minute before eating. Enjoy directly from the mug!
Notes
- Microwave power may vary; if the brownie looks undercooked, microwave in 10-second intervals.
- Do not overcook or it may become dry.
- Try adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for a decadent treat.
