Description

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 23 tablespoons orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, orange juice, oil, water, and orange zest. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
  7. Allow glaze to set before serving.
