- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2–3 tablespoons orange juice (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, orange juice, oil, water, and orange zest. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
- Allow glaze to set before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
- Add extra orange zest for a stronger citrus kick.
- Cake can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
