Description

A creamy and delicious banana ice cream made without an ice cream maker. Perfect for a healthy and easy homemade dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas, then freeze them for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Blend again until creamy and well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
  5. Cover and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
  6. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and flavor.
  • You can add chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture.
  • For a vegan version, use coconut cream and a dairy-free condensed milk alternative.
