- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas, then freeze them for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen banana slices until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Blend again until creamy and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and flavor.
- You can add chocolate chips or nuts for extra texture.
- For a vegan version, use coconut cream and a dairy-free condensed milk alternative.
