- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 tub whipped topping (8 oz), thawed
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
- In a new bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with a layer of whipped topping.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the top in an even layer.
- Chill the lasagna for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Cut into squares and serve cold.
