Description

A refreshing and layered no-bake dessert featuring whipped cream, cream cheese, and a medley of summer berries. Perfect for hot days when you want a sweet treat without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tub whipped topping (8 oz), thawed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
  5. In a new bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with a layer of whipped topping.
  7. Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the top in an even layer.
  8. Chill the lasagna for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  9. Cut into squares and serve cold.
