Description

These No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups are a quick, healthy snack or dessert made with just four ingredients—perfect for busy days and sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth and warmed through.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the rolled oats until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into a lined muffin tin, pressing down firmly to compact.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and spoon over the top of each oat cup.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Remove from the fridge and enjoy. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
