Description

These No Bake Easter Peanut Butter Bars are a delightful treat, combining a rich peanut butter base with a smooth white chocolate topping and festive pastel M&M candies. Perfect for spring celebrations, they require no oven time, making them quick and easy to prepare while delivering a deliciously sweet and crunchy dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

Base

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Topping

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup pastel M&M candies

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter into a medium mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly with a spoon until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  2. Press Mixture into Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with foil. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly across the bottom, pressing down gently to form a compact layer.
  3. Melt White Chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  4. Top the Bars: Pour the melted white chocolate evenly over the peanut butter base. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth out the chocolate layer.
  5. Add M&M Candies: Sprinkle the pastel M&M candies evenly over the white chocolate topping to add color and a crunchy texture.
  6. Chill the Bars: Refrigerate the baking dish for 2 hours to allow the bars to set firmly. Once chilled, lift the bars out of the pan using the foil, cut into 16 squares, and serve.

Notes

  • For easier cutting, let the bars sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
  • You can substitute the pastel M&M candies with any colorful candy or sprinkles of your choice to suit the occasion.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week to keep them fresh.
  • If you prefer, use dark or milk chocolate chips instead of white chocolate for a different flavor profile.
