Instructions
- Blend ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, almond butter, maple syrup, oat flour, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth, thick, and holds together well without being too runny.
- Roll into balls: Scoop out small portions of the blended mixture and roll them between your hands to form bite-sized balls.
- Chill the bites: Place the protein bites on a tray or plate and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to allow them to set and firm up.
- Serve or store: Once chilled, enjoy the brownie protein bites immediately, or store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze them and thaw as needed.
