Mint Magic Bars are a decadent layered dessert combining chocolate, mint, and creamy condensed milk on a graham cracker crust. Perfect for holidays or mint lovers.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup mint chips or chopped mint chocolate candies
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, mint chips, and optional nuts and coconut evenly over the condensed milk layer.
- Press down gently with a spatula to slightly set the layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal and cleaner cuts.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Can be refrigerated for a firmer texture.
